fear of a silver planet :: mixed by james holden
I was thinking of odering this cd from amazon...
Is it worth the 17,00$?
Please lemme know
Of course if someone is kind to send it on mp3 for me it will be better
its worth it.. believe me.
Well i got this CD about 1-2 months ago, and i thought i knew what it was gonna be like, but i totally under-estimated this album. Its mind blowing from start to finish. Really bassy and needs a strong sound system to truly get the best out of it. Really well mixed (computer mixed) and all the tracks are so unique in a new genre of progressive trance. Trust me, buy it.. it'll really really grow on you
Pointy
Thanx a lot for telling me
Wished I had it on mp3...
I really like his work,he's making such a good tracks....I don't like progressive much but I like to chill with his set

2 Great sets that he made...
Can someone ID the track he played in Helsinki 18:00 and in the end of the set?!?!
Yes man, this album is one of the best things Ive ever heard. The mix this guy made of the Ogenki Clinic - First Light is the best avaliable ever!!!!!
Cool I have been meaning to get this for quite sometime and now i'm definantly gonna get it
Silver planet
If u like some progressive murky weird alien music, get it. If not dont.
I
progressive so I am sure that i will like it
Silver planet
I am glad to hear that. dont wait then, get it and enjoy the journey.
It is very good.
Especially Kaern Turned. ahhhh!
Alright, this cd has gotten good reviews so far as 2002. Now i'm wondering, for people who have heard it, how does this CD compare to Balance 005? Is this worse? Better? About the same?

it's wicked but balance is better. this one is only for those who like prog house and the silver planet stuff.
I prefer his silver planet CD. Its difficult to explain but I feel its more energetic/dancey than his balance comp, you know, it gets you moving more. And I like music that does that!
I like both, Fear Of A Silver Planet and Balance 005 but i prefer Balance a bit more. It's smoother, closer to the style of music i like nowadays.
