1) Focus on the here and now.
2) Drink only one day a week, preferably on the weekend.
3) Retain the inner peace and wisdom which were so hard to reclaim.

Go on another diet.

I lost 40, but i think i gained 10 back. So i am going to jump on the Ephedra/Caffeine party train again and loose some more weight.

Also, find a job.
