Anyone receive their wanttickets.com Bal en Blanc presale yet?
Did anyone that purchased pre-sale and/or VIP tickets on December 18th receive their tickets yet?
I haven't received mine and I never received any type of Email from wanttickets or Fedex confirming the delivery. I did get a receipt and my credit card was billed.
I know their support/customer service is really crappy because I needed to contact them before a previous event and there was no method to do it, the phone # just rang forever.
I've emailed their support a couple times with no reply.
Anyone?
i bought my tickets on the 19th and didn't get anything yet................
wantickets.com suck!
no ticket providers send you tickets almost 4 months before an event, even if your credit card is charged.
you will get them in late feb/march, i don't have to work for wanttickets to know you won't get them before.
they say 3 days express shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
companies like this and admission print all of their internet and phone orders at the same time. This is done for efficiency and to cut costs(i bet wanttickets is not even responsible for this, they are just middle men).
the 3 day express shipping is for when you order tickets the week of an event. If you pay an extra 15$ for express shipping when the even is 4 months away...you deserve to not have money for wasting it on a shit event that does not even have a lineup
also...try using the word PLUR in the emails...it might work.
I'm in the same boat, billed and paid, but nothing in my hands.

Satoshi was a no-show in TO on the 19th (due to the storm), I emailed and called wanttickets, but alas, no reply whatsoever (in over a week) in relation to 2 tix purchased. Hence, I will be getting my $ back via my credit card for this cancelled show - already called to get the ball rolling. Sad that I have to go down that avenue. Customer service is quite lacking !
i got my tix today. and i bought them on the 18th.
funny it says "signature is required" to receive the package but I didnt have to sign anything. it was in my mailbox...

i also bought VIP. do you think this is the reason why I got them already? it doesnt make sense that someone who only buys regular doesnt get their tix at the same time as someone who buys both!?!
I was wondering if maybe they hadn't printed VIPS yet and only regular tickets got shipment. If it was in your mailbox, I'm guessing they just sent it through Canadapost normal mail....
it was actually in an Xpresspost Canada Post envelope. i paid 12.50$ for my shipping... but like i said above, the signature is a load of crap cause i didnt have to sign anything (as advertised on wantickets).

Anyone still haven't received their tickets yet? I know the Email said they'd get shipped out on January 12th and we'd receive them latest by January 19th.
I've got nothing. No reply to Emails either.

my friend ordered some tix and he got them yesterday, almost a week after his order.
That's lame. Mine from Dec 18th are still no where to be found.
Have you tried calling them? Make sure they didn't screw you over by messing up your order!
