Just Dance Synth Help

So I have been trying to create that intro synth of Just Dance by Lady Gaga.

I'm pretty sure that it's 2 sine waveforms, one an octave higher than the first and also the gain on the higher one is down very low.

I can't seem to get the distortion and reverb right. I'm using Reason 4 to make it, with a subtractor.

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!

You can hear the song here, its the only synth at the beginning:

That sounds more like square/pulse waves to me, possibly with the pulse width being rapidly modulated at different rates (???) and some distortion or bit-crushing added for graininess.

I think that you are right about the square wave. i looked in adobe audition at the waveform of the original song, and it looks like a heavily effected square wave.

Here is my attempt as of now, still nowhere near what it should be.
