Video advice.

As most of you know I record videos and post them for all of you to watch. I've gotten many compliments from all over the world on how much ppl like watching them and also wanting to check out The Guvernment whenever they would come to T.O.

Lately I've been wondering if perhaps the videos are too long for most to watch. I've noticed that they have been generally about an hour or even as long as an hour and twenty minutes. Do you think that they are too long? I mean how much of you actually watch the whole thing? Maybe I should consider chopping them in half or less, but I hesitate since there's so much good footage that I don't want to cut out too much so the viewer can really get into the vibe of that nights event.

Let me know what you honestly think and any constructive criticism that would be appreciated too.

i watch the full thing. If you made smaller movies i would just be clicking on the screen alot more to see them all anyway. I enjoy the length of your videos and i dont think you need to change anything.

split into like 5 parts and also post the thumbnails of the capture (like a small screenshot say every 2min of the video, mplayerc.exe can do it)
since its a long video it would help the viewer to decide which part could be interesting to watch imo

Hmmm... perhaps the multipart is the way to go. Maybe I could post the full version and multipart and let the viewer decide.

I found an HD video site that seems to allow unlimited video size and length. I'll put up the full version there as an experiment to see if it's actually possible.

+1...and I usually don't have the time to watch long videos, since I'm typically doing other things when I'm on the computer

Ya, I like 'em shorter for now, I do watch the long ones through, but usually in the background or a smaller window while I'm playing poker or something.
