Rumour has it a company is going to release their first vsti
, and the co. begins with A, but it's not Access apparently
Check Fxpansion also as they are releasing some new synths, one is called Strobe and has been beta tested by the Mau5 among others. It uses the ideas behind their free Orca plugin.

Wish they held stuff like this in the UK

| Originally posted by cryophonik Nord 3X would be intriguing. Are there legitimate rumours about this, or is this just hopeful speculation? Also, when the Wave was announced, Clavia indicated that there would be a rackmount version released within a few months, but that never materialized. I wonder if they'll ever release that or if the seemingly sluggish response to the Wave caused them to scrap it. Either way, it will be interesting to see which direction Clavia goes with the Nord Lead/Wave series. |
Or in the least, that's why the interface on the Nord Wave is a step back to the Nord Lead 2. Why they removed Unison, I have no idea. Those two factors coupled with the outrageous price = no one wants.
I actually WON'T be there this year. Would have liked to, seeing as how I now work for Event/Rode. Just too busy with production/shipping right now. That's okay though, since we did a big launch in Las Vegas.
Let us know about Ableton track folders.... the thing I totally flubbed on last year. Oh... and try and have a conversation with the Fruity Loops guys. It's fun.
NI is coming out with Maschine, a hardware/software hybrid MPC style product.
