It sounds nothing like the sky was pink.

There thousands of tracks out there if you make one its bound to sound similar to something else doesnt mean its a rip of.

JakeC, did you listen all the way to the end of the first sample? In the last 15 seconds it becomes blatantly obvious.

not much of a resemblance at all (it's got a very eerie minor melody liek the sky was pink but thats about it)

One could say there are vage similarites but in no way is it a blatant rip off. To me, at first it sounds like a remix using minimal sounds from the original but if you listen closely the melody does not match the sky was pink. i've used the icelandinc version in several mixes so i've got the melody down pretty well in my head.
