Alan-M Prophet '08 Trance Patches v1.1 Released

(name your own price!)

This is just a notice that v1.1 of my Prophet '08 trance patches has been released. If you've already purchased v1.0, you're automatically upgraded. Just login and download. The audio demo has not been updated.

Changes with v1.1:
* Changed the timbres of many sounds, especially the basses
* Took out the unison for most patches... it just doesn't sound good
* Normalized the levels for all the patches

If you're curious about what's next, Waldorf Blofeld and Alesis Andromeda A6 banks are in the works. These will eventually be followed by Moog Voyager, DSI Evolver, and DSI MoPho banks. Requests for patch banks are welcomed (no software).

Also, I've been thinking about getting back into sampling the patches, but the samples will be much more streamlined this time. However, that won't be for a while as I'd like to come out with a few new versions of each bank before sampling.

So, let me get this straight - you just bought a Blofeld, you're going to be adding an Evolver (poly or mono/key or module?)a Mopho and an Andromeda, and IIRC someone is lending you a Voyager. It must be rough...

Going to do this to hopefully pay for all the synthies.

I'm not going to borrow the Voyager anymore... just going to buy one myself. That way I get to keep it if I like.

The Voyager bank will be coming later than I thought ... but the Alesis Andromeda bank has been pushed up at the same level as the Waldorf Blofeld bank...

No more $1,000+ purchases until at least the summer, though... so that means no Voyager until at least mid summer.
