Nick Cenik - Absolute Liability [original] [electro house] *updated*
*EDIT: the track has a new build-up. Thoughts?
Artist: Nick Cenik
Song Name: Absolute Liability
Genre: Electro house
BPM: 127
Length: Approx. 6:00
Status: Unsigned
*I am looking to get this track signed: please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested!
Feedback is sincerely appreciated
Thanks in advance.
Listening:
Nice percussions
The bassline needs a low frequency cut, upper part of it sounds good.
Got not much more to say, decent production.
this would be good if you had it progress musically more.
thats a problem i hear in most of the stuff on trance addict. i hear too many loops looping too many times. see if you can make a 1 minute electro song.
i made this in 20 minutes
Thank you guys very much for listening!
I dropped the sub-bass down by 3dBs; it definitely was too loud. I update the link and posted the new sample.
As for the musical progression comment, I agree: I don't have a musical background and, so, I struggle always with trying to make my tunes interesting on a musical side (versus only a production side). Hopefully over time my skills will improve
BTW, does anyone feel that the BPM should be raised? A friend of mine suggested I up it to 130 (from 127); I tested it and at 130 it sounds pretty good to my ears.

you should always be willing to take advice, especially when it comes to music. otherwise, id just wish you luck. but the idea is that somebodies comment could make your song better. i know i always ask for advice to make my songs better
*EDIT:
I have completely changed the main build-up for the song and would like to get some feedback on the new version
Thanks
It offers a nice bassline and good builds but it is still as lineal as the previous version.
other than the uber cliche electro house bassline, it's decent, well in
Hey guys.
I just wanted to thank you all for your replies
I'm still trying to get this tune signed but no such luck yet.
