Famous classic trance description

I don't have a recording of the piece, but it is a very famous track from the late 1990's and features a very, very talented female vocal that sings extremely high-pitch for something like a dozen or so seconds. Somewhere in the lyrics I vaguely remember has the words "sweet melodies" in it.

Does anyone know?

Another clue is that it has a piano background, including the beginning, slowly cascading downwards in notes.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately I checked 'Destiny' by Pervading Call and it's not the one I had in mind.

I'll try more associations later on. It IS an oldie/classic, though.
