who would get the worse punishment? how fast would things go to trial? etc..etc..

dude, u can't compare. imo the male position of authority is very different especially for these young impressionable kids.

also i don't think there would be any diff in the quickness to trial.

I'm generalizing, of course, as it's my opinion that in the majority of homes, the male dominates. so the female elementary school student doesn't stand a chance, so it's more wrong.
