And yeah, the Vodka isn't impressive for the price. You're better off with Svedka.

I never got into the premium vodka fad. Too me I don't want to drink straight vodka. I don't care how many times you filter it still tastes like rubbing alcohol. So when you make mixed drinks (screw drivers etc) its a waste to spend all that money on Gray Goose when Smirnoff will taste the same.

Svedka doesnt taste like that for cheap stuff. Six is another one that isnt too bad. I agree using premium for mixing is a waste.

You're right that your getting over charged because of the name recognition of Smirnoff. I'll have to try out Svedka next time.

I agree... I'm a vodka snob but the Smirnoff Triple Distilled is the best quality you can get for such a low price. THAT's what I respect about it. I'm not saying it's a great vodka. Obviously it isn't, but it is definitely better than that garbage Absolut that so many people convince themselves is quality.

Listen to Gehzumteufel... Kauffman is nails! Expensive though. When I want a more accessable "best" I go with Jean Marc XO.
