Hey Guys,

What voice effect did they use to get this voice effect on the ladies voice?

What tools will give a woman that voice? (besides the autotune lil wayne effect)

sounds like a phaser, can't really tell if it's an artifact of the dub-vocals or if it's a separate phaser in the insert chain.
