so, i got my decks rigged up through my PC.. im using some creative 2.1 speakers.. theyre great for listening to music, theres a bassbox which handles a decent amount of bass, and the speakers arnt too shabby either.. but recently i rigged my decks up to my pc.. and use the PC speakers whilst mixing, but it appears theyre not clear enough for mixing.. its quite difficult to decifer when the mix is slipping out of sync.. are there any good 'BUDGET' pc speakers out there that a poor young white brother could buy that would be useful?

and by budget im talking like less than 100 bucks or around about the �50 mark

Can't you just rig it upto them via pc?

save some extra money for a pair of low entry studio monitors, you won't regret it.

Check out the m-audio bx-5 monitors. You've gotta go studio monitor if you really want that clarity. If you want another pc speaker option, I mixed for a few years on logitech z-2300s. Kind of heavy on the low end but not a bad compromise. You can find them online on sale often for 100 us. Finally, check out behringer truth b2031a's. Best bang for the buck monitors on the market. I own a pair now.
