Kreon you dumbass

Πέτρος Βουδούρης aka Pridon - the only decent Greek producer I know of. Here's an excerpt of his live (since he's ultra underground and he basically doesn't exist on youtoobe):

I learned it from K.atou, another greek of note.

Posted by elFreak on Jan-19-2009 20:47:

I am willing to learn, hence the asking. I just have had a very low opinion of most greek producers in the past. Too many hard and pretty cheesy tracks from my experience.

saaakkkiiii lolol

wtf creon did you pick these randomly? Its like, you know your stuff

You forgot to mention DJ Mars!

Other good greek producers... well Kosmas Epsilon, Dousk, Christo Cambas, B.I.G... lots of prog house generally... also some very good techno and tech-house ones e.g. Mikael Delta, G-Pal, Konstantinos Souvlis (aka Fluxion), Pascal F.E.O.S (Resistance D and solo) plus many others that i can't be arsed to remember. Greece used to have also a strong psy-trance scene, e.g. Wizzy Noise

This is an amazing deep techno/house album i strongly recommend. Really good.

Also some nice Electronica/Ambient/Downtempo by Konstantinos B although there are lots of good underground stuff that i know nothing about.

He and Mikael D used to have a legendary electronica/trip-hop/hip-hop/IDM/downtempo group in the late 80s/early 90s called "Stereo Nova". They used to produce some magical stuff seriously.

Stereo Nova- Ena Klemmeno Podilato

Stereo Nova- Odysseia

The early-90s album "Asyrmatos Kosmos" is one of my favorite electronica releases of all time.

There are many more good stuff. During the last summer i've been to many festivals and watched some amazing performances by live acts, producers and DJs. i just don't know them simply because im not into the scene anymore (e.g. i didn't know of the current thread's producer)

Posted by elFreak on Jan-19-2009 20:50:

i love pascal feos and was always under the impression that he was spanish. Chalk up another win for greeks.

just read 2 bios and they have him as a german

Posted by DJ RANN on Jan-19-2009 21:02:

+1000 to Dousk. Check out his track "Florence".

Don't forget Demi (well he's British but Greek).

Not my fault. He asked for something akin to Lord Of Bass. I told you he's slow.

Posted by PETRAN on Jan-19-2009 21:18:
