If you do just give you a heads up Breakfast plays tech house when he opens for Ferry not the big room trance stuff like some of his productions are

Yeah you may not have completely understood what i am saying but i am saying as much as i can without stepping on any toes. It's in their contracts on how or what and what not an opening dj can do or play. But if you want to be a smart ass about then so be it.

nah man no intentions on being a smart ass about it at all... your in the industry so i know you know more then me i'm just learning as i go...i didnt mean for it to sound like a smart ass or for it to come out that way. i really do appreciate the heads up if it sounded like a smart ass then my bad.

HAHA Do you want me to play hard trance? I can do that - just have to cool it before Ferry get's on

I like opening because I get a chance to interact with the crowd more and see what works on the floor and what doesn't - if you see the latest release I've done with Marcus Schossow (on beatport now) you can see that it's a very slow track but still a crowd pleaser.

However if you've heard my remix of DJ Eco's Lost Angeles (also on beatport) you will see that it's an epic big room trance track, obvious hands in the air crowd reaction, so I'll save that for Ferry!!

For big events like Trance Energy I can play a full trance set though, but I like to open for Ferry with style if you know what I'm sayin'

HAHA Awesome that you replied bro. Actually i havent heard any of those you stated but i have all your older stuff lol. I saw you open for him here in houston last year at rich's and remember you playing tech house.

I was telling him that cause he didnt like my progressive set when i opened for above & beyond and he was saying that he liked tritonal and i was meanly trying to tell him that you will rarley see an opener play big room trance music and that a whole night should be a progression of music

and like you said it fun opening to get to see what the crowd likes and doesnt like. there are some songs i an tentative about playing cause im not sure they will work and they go absolutely crazy over and some i think will work and not work LOL.
