The jewel case kind - NOT the type to paste on the CD itself.

I've googled and can't find shit. Just something clean.

make it yourself with photoshop or inDesign - google the dimensions, and start a new project with those dimensions. I don't think it gets easier than that

see i need something where i could just copy the folder and drop it into the template... i don't think there's anything like that out there.
