from what we're told thats the name of the tour he's been on because of his cd release...

but from what we know his set this time around will be nothing like the one 3 months ago.

"mushroom jazz" is a series of cd he put out. its a funky, jazzy, hip hop kinda sound he is known for. check him out he is a helluva dj.

right i know the cd's i just didnt know what the original poster meant when he said "its not mushroom jazz" did that mean he wouldnt be playing funky/jazzy/hip hop and instead doing trance or techno or minimal?

I saw farina at mezzanine for a tribal funk anniversary event at the end of november. I won tickets, so we checked it out.

you got on the list at ruby tonight right?

yeah he meant he wasnt playing the "mushroom Jazz" but instead his normal house, deeep house set.

and yes im on the list for tonite. checkin him out and 1015, then end up

Yeah i made it out.

I finally checked out the place for once haha.

It was a classic dope/funky/old school Farina house set. He did drop maybe like 2-3 of mushroom jazz downtempo tracks, but they were far apart so they went in pretty good.

Overall dope night, and the venue is pretty dope. I cant wait for Ramirez...
