Whats the best alcohol for you ?

Okay so I�m trying to get fit so I gave up a lot of things that are bad for me like pop, sweets, fast food etc ..... but I can't give up the sauce so I need some ideas of drinks that are not that bad for you. I drank a lot of beer in the past now switched to straight hard liquor but its just not the same doing just shots so I need some low calorie drinks suggestions. thanx

Variety of flavours in each & every good type. Check.

Doesn't need to, nor should it, be mixed with anything thereby rendering it very low on the caloric scale. Check.

you end up throwing up whatever you ate/drink that night...
plus you lose calories in the process. So ultimately, tequila has a negative caloric intake.

But only the bad tequila...

i had to lay off rum for a long time because it was getting too addicting. mmm... malibu and seven... mmmm.... spiced rum and coke

The calories will stay the same for each shot but vodka/soda or even vodka/water has no additional calories. Nor would it have other chemicals or additives as some other "0" calorie mixes.....

vodka + arizona red apple green tea is something i discovered in the past year.. sounds weird but it makes a sick mixer or chaser. a tall boy can of that stuff only has about 200 cal total, a lot better for you than coke and much tastier than using diet.. i personally think vodka is nasty with any kind of soda though
