Inauguration party

Has any of guys ever heard of a place called buzzwiez ?, supposed to be on sunset somewhere, they're throwing an inauguration party over there tonight. some help on the location or exact name would be highly appreciated.

i know theres a free inauguration party at libertine(front of marmount) for philter...deep house night....
