Wink Small homepage up, always welcome to take a visit ;)

Heyz all

I've upped my homepage to my server, I thought it might help me having a decent one at last
It's really really simple design so far... I'm gonna start with Dreamweaver during the holidays or so... But, at the moment, it's meant to give you info on what I'm busy with and what's available and so on

Have a look here if u want to :
http://beam.to/lwt

Take care!
LW

PS : you can also vote for what you think is my best track so far, don't hesitate to give me an idea of what's my best track

Pentium II is quite alright at the moment... I could de with a seriously faster PC now though But my dad has upgraded it a little 128 RAM instead of 64 and 20 G space instead of 6. I'm pretty happy he finally did that though

the layout is really basic, but that's what i've said i'm gonna work more on it during the holidays when i have some more time... but at the moment, i though it'd be good if i had my info pages as well...

cheers!

I have an Athlon 800 with 128mb RAM, but nearly every song I make has the CPU maxed out. Especialy with a FM7 on.

However, I've recently discovered that FX macro, and it helps A LOT. (I'm talking about FruityLoops, incase you did't know)

Posted by mantisnl on Jun-09-2002 17:19:

FX Macro? whots that? explain

Posted by Shoes on Jun-09-2002 17:59:

Tools/Misc Macros/Switch smart disable for all effects

It's a god-send.

what does it do actually? i've never tried that before... does it cut down on the cpu usage by fruity?

I think it disables the FX that's not in use... It's very good.

ah i see... but it does enable fx when they're neede right?
otherwise the track would be very low quality when exporting...

LW

Yeah, it does. FX comes back on whenever you click on the FX tab/play the song/play a pattern/play a sample.

At least I think it disables the FX. Ah, who cares. It does wonders for my CPU.
