maybe this will help some of you guys:
been lifting quite a while now.when i first started i tried tons of supplements on the market from gnc, vitamin world etc.all the major brands of creatine ,protein etc.my favorite off all the brands was EAS creatine.it was one of the only creatines that helped me put on both size and muscle.
but the problem with them is they always change what they put in their creatine because their competing with other companys that do the same. and then they hike up the price.sometimes when they make these changes my results would go DOWN.and i was paying more money to boot.
eventually i stopped using supplements altogether. i was at a weight and strength i was satisfied with.but late in 2007 i suffered a major back injury that sidelined me in the gym for a long period of time.after i got back in the gym it took 6 months to get back where i was at bench wise.and i had put on a little fat from not lifting.after being away from the bench all that time i figured it was time for me to start going up in size and strength again.i hadnt done any serious weight and size increases in years.
so i decided that i was going to get back into creatine.but i wasnt going to spend a fortune on it.i was looking for something cheap that would get results.i was at wallmart and noticed that had a creatine for sale called "body fortress".for 14 bucks.

being skeptical about buying creatine from wallmart i looked up some reviews on it and they seemed favorable.thier creatine is basically an off shoot of muscletechs "celltech" formula and EAS's creatine.
this is how ive always take my creatine:
loading phase:2 scoops after workout for 5 days.
then 1 scoop a day after workout.maintain good water intake.
thats it.
after a month and a half i exceeded my old bench press of 295-5 sets of 5 to 310-5 sets of 5. and my weight went up from 195 to 210.the heaviest ive ever been.im probably at 7% bodyfat.
so this stuff works. at least for me.and at 14 bucks its about a third of what some creatines are priced at.today i decided to give the other brand of creatine they sell at wallmart a try from a company called six star muscle:

just because i want to see what it can do(turns out the company is owned by muscletech a major supplement brand)
so my advice for anyone trying creatine for the first time is to give body fortress a try.you save a ton of money and your results will be the same.hope this helps someone!
six star owned my muscltech?? never knew that.
