Third Floor Tiger is the latest project to be steered by Tudor Moore who co-wrote Afterlife’s first album and their seminal ‘Blue Bar’ (Café Del Mar Vol 3). The ‘Sub Rosa EP’ bears the same Mediterranean tranquillity, but with a chillier, harsher edge, perhaps reflecting Tudor’s relocation to the Northern Atlantic. It’s an EP drenched in soothing serenity and stormy emotion; perfectly deep.

1.‘Sub Rosa’ – A sweetly calming, delicately melancholic, and sinisterly broody piece of electronica that tugs the emotions this way and that.

2. ‘Breathe’– A relaxed and comforting deep house chiller with a gentle and infectious groove.

3. ‘Cloudburst’ – More celestial deepness punctured with stabs of bass and snaps of orchestra.

As an early member of Afterlife in the mid '90s, Tudor Moore co-wrote the first album and shortly afterwards their breakthrough track "Blue Bar" (Cafe Del Mar Vol 3/REACT records). Along the way, there was a string of studio sessions and live shows, including huge arena tours supporting reggae and pop bands and writing string arrangements.
 In 2001 Tudor quit England and moved to 49° 02'N, 2.2° W to hide away from an increasingly chaotic world. However, late in '07, with the combination of sea air, Atlantic storms and some special people, Third Floor Tiger was born.
