Not anymore. Nightculture/77002 took over shows. no more shows at Sky. Now at Pangea for the next few events...

I was wondering why pangea was taking over. I am definitely not a fan of pangea-- drinks over-priced and creepy old guys trying to hit on girls. And, there isn't even a dance floor-- just a bunch of couches.

I saw him in Houston a few times. He was at David Guetta and Markus, didn't know he got bought out. Although...he always said he was losing money. *shrug* He's lucky I didn't have a case to sue his ass with.

Yeah 3rd time there really made me not respect the Austin scene at all. So much pushing and shoving at an edm event...bunch of drunken animals. It goes back to the horrible layout though

Problem is, Austin never really had any good venues for throwing larger parties. Sky, Eternal, and the rest of em are meant for crowds under 100.

Jojo's a nice dude n all and has good intentions, outside of business I never had any problems with him. The thing is, he makes promises he is unable to keep, spends way to much money and can;t manage his finances. As a result, his DJs got screwed out of getting paid. I broke it off with him because I could not afford to drive to and from Austin to play for free.

yea, don't really mind. Live in Houston, so trips to Austin are few and far between. although it is a nice central spot for the friends i've got in Waco.

as far as WMC goes for me, i can't go. not enough monetary support. maybe next year.

That what I said last year...and saying this year. When I went in 06, it wasn't all that. Now '05 was off the damn hook.

i may just save to go to Ibiza or something big. Thinking about going to Cancun sometime in the near future too. i could do with a nice, relaxing, away from the shit vacation.
