Fuk pizza rustica - I never saw any hype in that shit.
Gino's Pizza has the best BBQ pizza - ever!
My absolute fav is Pasha's on Lincholn Road. You will most definitely see my boyfriend and I there - alot! *say hii* haha
Cuban food - you have to go into Miami for the good shit.
Larios/Bongo's on 8th and ocean. The real Larios in the Gables is the shit.. but that will do if you are staying in sobe for cuban food!
These are the places I recommend:
Grillfish
1444 Collins
*Tasty seafood
San Loco
234 14th St
*Great tacos. I think I ate about 10 last year.
A La Folie
1065 Espanola Way
*Fantastic crepes!
Front Porch Cafe
1418 Ocean Dr
*All around good food and setting.
I wasn't a huge fan of Jerry's Famous Deli (overpriced mediocre food), La Sandwicherie (screwed up my order), or Pizza Rustica (didn't see what the fuss was all about).
Keep the addys coming...I'll add them to the map.
mmmmm crepes
I've had a couple good Cuban meals at Puerto Sagua. Think it was 7th & Collins.
I need some Italian suggestions. We went to Hosteria Romana last year and it was just average. The seafood pasta I had at Grillfish was the tits.
Joes stone crab is usually the stop when we get off the plane.
pricey but worth it.
there is no better way to start wmc.
i always start at mangos...ALWAYS
check the wmc map. It has a collection of places many of us provided in previous years.
i didnt enjoy being raped of my money at Jerry's famous Deli either........$bucks for 2 ruebens and 1 coffee and tip
Versailles in lil havana was pretty good for Cuban food

I should just bring a blender and make my own smoothies!
The Smoothies at the GNC store are pretty good !! you can add soy/whey protein, megamen, etc. There is one store on lincoln road
There's an awesome little Mediterranean/Wrap place at about 13th & Washington I ate at last year that has a nice little patio out back. Anyone know what it's called?
