Question about DJ Rank 1 at The Circus

Hi

I saw the ad just had a picture of DJ Piet Bervoets and I know hes usually the one that goes out and plays but I need to know if DJ Benno De Goeij will be there as well that night. I believe there are some people here that work there so please do tell all.

From what I understand, Benno de Goeij rarely ever plays and Piet is the DJ whenever the "Rank 1" act is booked. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The big events in the bay area are notorious for pulling these kinds of flops... they will announce a group act and put pictures of all the members of that group on the flyer then it will say something like "Group Name FEATURING" only one of the members of that group and I'm worried this is happening here. I know DJ Rank 1 usually has both DJ Benno and DJ Piet but I don't think its fair to the people to announce the act and have only one of the members show up

Maybe I'lll dress up as a guy and wear a patch too. Piet might be amused to see all the patches....or he'll just think LA people are total weirdos. Prob the latter

The concept "DJ Benno" doesn't exist because Benno doesn't dj at all, and this event hasn't been advertised as a live set which means it's a dj set. There's a reason too why only Piet's pic is on the flyer Does this help?

Wanted to make sure as Rank 1 is both the guys (DJ Benno gets on stage and does mixing but very rarely) and I did see that 2nd poster with both of the guys on it for this night + I know how some promoters like to trick people into thinking its both with unclear info but this 3rd poster has just DJ Piet on the front so I don't know if things have changed during the week. I do know DJ Benno has friends here or might be doing studio work so I would imagine he would want to come by since it says RANK 1 so I'm still lost but a clear, concrete answer would be nice

Oh wow, are you really that slow? How much more clear can people be on here with you? I'm not even going on Saturday but I opened this thread to see what my friends were up to.

No, DJ Benno is NOT going to be playing on Saturday @ Circus. Piet is the only one who is playing.

Did that answer your question for you this time or does this have to be explained to you again several more times?
