I'm just curious. Who came up with TA and why was it created?

i believe he created it back in his younger party years because he wanted to give toronto trance lovers a way to communicate with each other but it ended up getting pretty darn big. anyone remember when TA was first started and swamper would be on napster and have "tranceaddict.com" tagged in every file?

edit: okay so i lied. the real reason why he started it was to get laid.
