Anyone Ever Stayed At The Chelsea?

I'm looking into possibly staying at the Chelsea on 10th & Washington. The reviews seem about 50-50 good and bad. Anyone care to comment?

have stayed there a number of times...one of my favorite boutique hotels in south beach. the king-sized rooms at the end of the halls have large entryways and huge baths. VERY dark rooms...

yea I stayed there the last time I went to wmc (2007)

the rooms / hotel were ok

but the place was way too fucking loud for me. they had djs spinning in the lobby everyday from noon until 5am so it was always super loud. maybe it was worse for us because our room was on the 1st floor so it might have been better on the upper floors.

but anyways yea you probably wont be in your room much but the times you are there to catch a little hour or two break during the day b4 the big party its nice not to hear music blaring in your skull to the point where you cant even chill out for a bit. it was really annoying ...
