Looking for a song..

Helloooow!

I'm looking for a song.. I have seen it a few times on tv. In the video you see an asian girl dancing with a blue or green laser.
The song has female vocals in it.

I've been looking for this song for a while, and it's driving me crazy!! So I hope someone can help me.
