Songs you'd like to hear remixed....

I recently heard an EDM cover of Kings of Leons' 'Sex on Fire' which I loved (almost as much as the original) and it made me start reminiscing about some amazing remixes I've heard in the past little while. One that especially stands out in my mind is the 1967 Turtles hit, 'Happy Together', that Howells brilliantly threw down during his cruise this summer. I also love the new-ish track that samples Thom Yorke's "Eraser"...

My current little obsession with remixes has got me curious about what else is out there.....

Which remixes do you love/recommend?

Which songs do you guys think would make good candidates for updated EDM versions??

im confused..is this a tread about tracks that arent remixed but would be cool to have remixed or is it about non edm tracks that have already been remixed..

I love this version of Kings of Leon's MILK. I was glad to record Nick Warren play it at the Guv a couple of years ago;

There's a few retro tracks I would love to hear remixed, but I have brought these up with producers directly for consideration. One of them is being worked on right now

There is a track I heard in Montreal, that I've been trying to ID for months!

It's a remix of PERFECT by THE THE. The baseline of this remix is heavy on the first bars of Perfect's 12" original. To hear it go to http://thethe.com/sections/jukebox/jukebox.html , choose the STRETCHED album, and play Perfect 12". I really been looking for it for months!!!

Kings of Leon are just amazing.

I think "Use Somebody" would make a fantastic remix especially because it would have a KILLER build up.

And their song Manhattan has brilliant lyrics... someone could do something with it im sure.
