Hoping at least 4 hours since he is the headliner.

This is my estimate guess

10-12 - Breakfast
12-2 - ATB
2-5 Ferry Corsten

I hope it's like that

Those times would make perfect sense, since Corsten is headlining

whats the difference between the tickets before 12 am and the one all night?

Posted by ArminD1981 on Feb-07-2009 18:09:

Im selling my before 12 am ticket .

pm me

It seems to me that Cameo may be staying open later for this. Wanttickets has the venue open until 4pm (same for Armin). It may just be a misleading typo, but does anybody know if there is a possibility of this? If so, it could drastically change my opinion considering A&B is the same night @Karu&Y. I imagine a later closing time could lead to an epic set by Ferry..... could be awesome.................

Breakfast 12 until 2
ATB 2 until 5
Ferry 5 until he falls of the decks wishful thinking

Also, are Chus and Ceballos and friends playing a seperate room? If not, then it almost gaurantees an all night event.

many many MAAAANY years ago the city of miami beach changed the law to have clubs and everything close at 5am. just because its wmc doesnt mean they are going to change that. do you have any idea how many events come to miami beach every year? the food and wine festivals, art deco weekend, the porn conventions, comedy festivals, and so many more things. wmc isnt all that special to the city. they arent going to change the law.

all miami beach clubs will be closing at 5am. like i said earlier, maybe 5:10 if you're lucky. but thats it.

Miami Beach City Law:

quote:
c. Other alcoholic beverage establishments (midnight to 5:00 a.m.), not containing restaurants with full kitchen facilities, shall close at 5:00 a.m. and keep closed the place of business and not allow any patron or other persons, other than those employed by the vendor, to remain therein between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Thanks. I figured as much. I know the laws of Miami Beach and the relative insignificance of WMC to the city. Was just getting my hopes up for a loophole.

no worries. this is why i always hope the events i really wanna check out are in downtown.

Have no idea if they plan on doing this, but from the same Miami Beach Municipal Code:

"(7) Alcoholic beverage establishments set forth in subsections (3) and (5) permitted to remain open to serve alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption until 5:00 a.m. may continue to serve alcoholic beverages (i) until 7:00 a.m. on January 1 (New Year's Day) or, if January 1 is on a Sunday, until 7:00 a.m. on Monday if the day that is observed as a national holiday for New Year's Day is on Monday, and (ii) until 7:00 a.m. during certain major event days or weekends as may be designated by the city commission or as may be designated by the city manager following approval by the city commission, under the following conditions:"

Therefore if they apply to the city commission they may be granted a special permit for extended hours during WMC

but if it hasnt happened in all the years past, then its not gonna happen now either.

hey guys,

do you think this party will be nice (venue, sound, people, etc.) ? Never been to WMC... and I love Ferry ! Sucks that A&B have their night at the same time tough, but I prefer Ferry to A&B.

cheers

Same here... first time clubbing in Miami. I can't wait for this one since it has three great trance djs spinning in one nite. I just saw Ferry spin and Breakfast at Fur in DC this past weekend and Ferry did a great set. From his old school tracks like Out of the Blue (System F) to his new one Made of Love, it was a really fun nite. Now with ATB in the mix, it will be one jam packed nite of EPIC trance.

As far as tickets go, how does it work with the 12 pm and all night one. I mean, say you buy the before 12 pm tickets but arrive after 12 on the day of the event or are still in line after 12, will they still let you in? Wanna know if this is a good club to go to.
