Behringer mixers
what do you guys think of these 3 mixers ?

their price is excellent , but i don't know about their quality and stuff
Really sweet, I woul spend the extra cash and get the bottom one

i was told behringer mixers dont have a good sound quality...
when I bought some gear from pssl.com they sent me a video from the winter namm show that showed these mixers, and they looked pretty damn good to me.
Considering you can get the 3 channel one for 159 USD thats not bad at all. and It does have a VCA crossfader that can take 500,000 passes. If you are a beginner, than this thing Is a great move, but since I have not actually heard it live, I can not say what it would be like for a semi-pro to pro level dj.
hope that helps sum.
The first one looks exactly like the DJM-300
They are overall good mixers, no too great, but avearge and will suit you bedroom needs
the price is very interesting (the third one) , it has nice features , and it totally suits my bedroom needs , so i guess i'll get one of those prolly
gotta buy me tables first , and then we'll see about the mixer
cool looking mixers

behringers mix0rs are good! ive got the dx-1000 ma self! and love it! and ofcause its not as good as some of the top mixers.. but for bedroom dj's.. its more than enuf! its cheap and well build!
i would go for vmx 300
To Be honest, atm behringer are a dieing breed, thats why the new models have been produced; with such a low price tag.
But, they have made TOP QUALITY products for almost 25 years, and are self sufficient in the fact that they manufacture their own components these days, and all items have at least 1year guarantee as part of the deal.
If you have a low budget...you'll certainly get a bargin with Beringer.
now i'm even thinking about getting the mixer first and then tables since their price is low

Your Wrong.
...They produce some of the highest priced eg. Mix Desks...and they dont deserve to be so highly priced...because this is one product Behringer constantly fail in , and they are always poor quality.
I was looking into getting the 300 and asked around. I found out the cross fader bleeds and when he brought it back they said "That's normal for these mixers, can't do anything about it"
So don't bother. Go get the Numark 3000X for the same price. Less features, but better quality.
You can actually change the curve of the fader, and Numark are not very high quality at all to be honest with u
I've heard very good things about the the 300. I'm actually thinking about getting one of these myself.

No your wrong again...As soon as you reach studio quality 40+ channels...Your ripped off...I have 1st hand experience of this.
I didn't even know behringer made 40+ channel mixing desks...I was more in the 20 range
well can you name me like a type of such a big behringer desk?
Yes I can
I work at Mercury RS every Sunday, Monday andevery now and again on a Thursday.
I will take a note (Model)r Rane 34 Channel and ou Behringer 42 Channel.
The smaller desks are for Home studios.
With all the extras the 300 has like the BPM counter etc.. It should be double that price if it was quality parts. It is not, and I quote someone who's been a headlining DJ for 10 years and Owns a record store. "*&%^$ bought the same mixer and the cross fader bleeds. He brought it back and the guys at &^$%# told him there is nothing they can do, it's the quality he bought."
The numark DJ3000X has a lot less features than the Behringer and it's the same price. I'm going to say without a doubt that the numark is better quality.

VMX 300 with the 3 channels
A friend of mine just bought Behringer VMX300 for home use and it sounds just as good as my Vestax PCV275. The behringer has a crossfader curve and tap or hold switches for the EQ Kills. The rotory EQ knobs will completely kill each frequency. Independent sound meters for each channel and a master sound meter.
The only thing I don't like is the Beat counter. Its distracting seeing the numbers flash. I just cover it up with tape.
Does he use the cross fader much? And the numarks have all the same things as you mentioned only no BPM counter. Those run 80 bucks on their own. Soooo these things are either way under priced or not great quality. ANd I'm goign to assume if they were SOOO good for that low a price, then everyone would own a Behringer. You guys can buy whatever you want, I'm picking up the numark today and I know it's going to work well.
