Circus Disco 2/14/09 Valentines Day - LA Sessions (Local DJs)

Hey all, this coming weekend will be mostly local DJs playing!

I will be closing out the back room, so to everyone who I already talked to, I hope to see you there :-)
To anyone else, I would appreciate it if you show up and give support!! I will make sure it's an amazing set, your money back if you're disappointed


Hopefully one day I'll be in the main room...

Damnit Jon!! It has to be the weekend I'm going to SF. I knew something was going to come up last minute. Oh well... Next time if they're still doing the cash bonus I'll show up with a slew of people.

Don't worry I will do a rework (same songs) the morning after and post it! If I had a laptop I'd record it.

Also you should still invite your friends to come! Unfortunately 80% of my friends who would normally show up are going to be out of town, and 10% will be having sex during my set time (v-day) so I don't think I will win but will still be fun

If I win I'll buy all the TAs a round of shots or something, lol

So what's the deal with the DJ line-up in the backroom? I just noticed there was a switch-a-roo. Did someone make the change without letting others know?

OOOO...my ears are burning. Prolly cuz here in Vegas it's freakin freezing after the rain. =P Not too razz'd being here in vegas for my day job...drains me too much. -_- Good thing that'll I'll be back in a few days (exactly 1 night before the 14th).

I am curious about this...have there been changes that I'm not aware of?

Nice to see such a good turnout for the local DJ's...Micro, Arthur and Jon threw down some great tracks! I didn't make it over to see everyone tho.

My favorite part of the night:

Before I even cue'd my first track... A woman approaches me in the DJ booth and asks me if I have any techno or DnB to play... when I tell her "No, i'm here to play trance", she immediately follows up with "Well, do you have any Ramstein?" WTF? LOLZ

really would have loved to see you spin jon but friday morning at work came down with the fever still recovering from it. hopefully next time bud
