Power point help.

I'm doing a presentation for my international business class on a article that is about doing business with China and their pollution problem. I have a question for all those who are very computer skilled. Is there any way i can make a video or small slide show first showing the chinese flag on a slide and then when you hit the next button i want to have like green slim come down the flag and smog cloud up the picture of the flag. I know this can be done, but i have no clue what to use or if i even have access to such a program. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

With the transitions and animations you can't make them do things to your specification. They are all preset things. If you want it to be more specific, I don't think you can do that with PowerPoint.

You would have to draw the slime on the flag yourself and then transition into it
