Hierarchy of Failure

A dude I know sent me this.
This is what happens when some people are bored

EFFECT BASED HIERARCHY OF FAILURES

1. Marginal
-Very little noticeable effects generated
-Will not be story worthy or remembered the next day

2. Routine
-Minor effects to routine activities
-May be mentioned anecdotally for a few days

3. Enhanced
-Moderate effects on routine activities
-Will cause the story to be told for a few weeks

4. Special
-Serious effects on activities and systems
-Will cause the story of the failure to be told and re-told for many months

5. Elite
-Exceptionally serious effects on activities and systems and may cause changes to tactics.
-Will cause a story that will be told for several seasons

6. Colossal
-Enormously serious effects that will have a permanent changing effect on the doctrine of the system
-The story generated will be so dramatic it will often need to be told twice and pre-faced with �I shit you not �and will persist for many years.

7. Epic
-Dramatically serious effects that will cause systemic change on an awe-inspiring scale.
-The story told will chronicle the monumental events in detail in lengthy narrative form that will require careful and meticulous presentation and will persist for decades.

8. Legendary
-Exceedingly serious effects on the culture of an organization that will often cause the specific type failure to be re-named in memory of the specific incident.
-The story told about this event will serve as a warning and lesson to generations to follow and the ones who caused it to be branded for life and wear the shame like a dead Albatross around their necks

9. Biblical
-Awe-inspiring effects of a supernatural order that contravene or suspend the fundamental laws of nature and physics
-The story will persist through the millennia and survive multiple linguistic translations to form the very foundation of a system of spiritual belief.

10. Cosmic
-The effects will be major shifts of the balance of good and evil and of such a scale as to defy the comprehension of all but most enlightened guru in the deepest state of meditation.
-The story will be woven into the very fabric of the cosmos
