how much will this upgrade cost?

i have p3 1000 mhz

want to uprade to new motherboard that supports ddr ram

p4 1.6 mhz chip
2x 64x ddr strip

it will cost u around 130-150 for a ddr mobo, 140-160 for a 1.6A, ~100 for a 128ddr ram, and if your powersupply/case is not compatible then u add 90-100 for a good ATX case. So total is min 350 to a max 500.
