Unless he's got some kind of stunted growth syndrome, I don't understand how that's possible - he looks several years prepubescent.

Having said that we do start early on most things in the UK (Drinking at 18 (actually about 14), cigarettes at 16 (really 12) etc).

Yeah I've seen that.

But where's the proof for this story? Has the boy been given a paternity test? Not sure I believe all the hype.
