In Trance We Trust: We want you in the mix!
In association with Black Hole Recordings and In Trance We Trust we are giving talented DJs the break of
a lifetime by offering the opportunity to mix a new volume for the most popular trance series available:
In Trance We Trust.
The In Trance We Trust releases are the cornerstone of modern dance music and have reached their 13th
edition. Previous volumes have been mixed by greats like Misja Helsloot, Ton TB, Cor Fijneman, Mark
Norman, Johan Gielen and Carl B.
Volume 13 in the series was mixed by Swedish producer/DJ Carl B. He earned his place in the scene with
hit records like Social Suicide and Just A Thought; the track that
eventually appeared on Ti�sto�s In Search Of Sunrise 7 - Asia.
The Contest
Aspiring DJs can send in a demo mix of approximately 40 minutes to the address below. These mixes will
be screened by Black Hole Recordings and the three best DJs will be invited to the preliminary rounds held
in A-list clubs around Europe. The stakes: to represent their country in the finals.
Because of his skills, Daniel Wanrooy has been appointed as judge for the DJ contests. He will be present
at every battle to make sure the night works out just right.
The tour will eventually end up with 5 or 6 winners from different countries. These DJs will then be professionally
judged for their mixing skills and record choice by A&R people and a handful of big DJs at the
headquarters of In Trance We Trust.
Three winners will be handpicked to play the finals at The In Trance We Trust party held in Amsterdam.
The winners will be flown in to Amsterdam and a hotel room will be booked for them to get a feel of the
DJ life. At the party they will play next to the biggest names in trance from The Netherlands and abroad.
As the icing on the cake the winner of the final contest will also get the opportunity to mix the new In
Trance We Trust mix compilation. And to go just that extra mile he or she will have studio time with a well
respected artist in the scene to create a new track which will get an official release on the In Trance We
Trust label.
An opportunity usually only given to the more established names.

Who is Carl B?
After the superb ITWT 008 release it all went down imo.
But this is indeed a great opportunity for DJs.

whats wrong with a flawless mix? alteast when its a CD it should be flawless as hell!
Almost got my tracklist down. Gotta drop some older stuff in the set Too bad it's only 40 minutes
