Who or What is DJ Otzi ?

Hi this is my first post im noob at this forum so please be patient with me, well i was in my facebook account and i joined a group called "we hate scooter" then at discogs i saw a few reviews and a guy posted that they have success like "dj otzi" then i saw this video at youtube djotzi

there are a lot of comments like "this is crap" but that's not surprise for me(because the track sucks) ,there are people who defends that guy
well the guy is damn funny, what do you think about this?

Sweden too, I still have traumatic memories from hearing his trash on the radio every hour.

He maybe has success like Scooter, but not the other way around. Scooter in the 90's was awesome.
