Anyone here using Dig. Cam. Sony WSC-W150?

Just inquiring the result of the audio by using the video camera in the club. I'm trying to avoid audio distortion while using it in the club.

All of the Cybershots that I have ever used have had great sound quality in clubs. I've never had any sort of distortion, and I've used them directly in front of speaker stacks hundreds of times. No need to worry.

i've got a sony somethingorather cant remember it nor can i be fucked looking it up but the sound quality is fucking awesome, i used to have a canon ixus and the bass was always distorted never had a worry with my sony

Yeah most of the Canon's have this problem. The SD870-SD890 do not.

lol I am pretty sure it will be fine. I just have no direct experience with that one. I have actual experience with the models I listed. I wouldn't tell you to get a shitty camera though. I worked with your budget and gave you my recommendation.

manufacturers should get in the habit of including microphone details on their website. there has to be some way to compare them.

I've seen Canon SD 750 has an incredible mic for clubs and takes great clear video as well.
