WTF is wrong with old people ?????
Honestly what the f$%# is wrong with old people, I go to good life and its only the dudes who are 60 plus that prance around butt naked around the change room.
Like I wear a towel till I change and then Im naked for a few seconds, Im six nine I have nothing to hide its just a respect thing Im sure other dudes don't need to see my junk.
But these old guys walk to the shower with their towels on their shoulders with their old saggy balls flopping around and some of them shower with the curtain open like do I need to see that and to make matters worse they come to the benches and put one foot up on the bench and talk to each other ..... ahhhhhh gross
lol dude I usually don't mind the walking around nude thing, I do that sometimes too
but what disgusts me the most are the people that go naked in the sauna without putting a towel under them. Like they're sitting bare ass sitting all over the bench. Another disgusting thing I've seen a few times are people who wipe their sweat off their forehead and arms and flick their sweat from their hands to the sauna rocks to make more steam. GROSS!!

lol I think it's a thing with a lot of people, regardless of sex, in gyms
every Monday, my gym is much busier, I guess there are more classes and whanot, so the the changing rooms are super packed - some ladies honestly have no shame lol they walk to and from the shower room, naked, stand in fron of mirrors (naked!), doing their hair and doing face masks, as if they are in the own bathroom at home!
what happened with at least putting a pair of underwear on? and don't get me started on how some of them never saw a razor or a wax strip in their life, ew!

*barf*
The one that I don't get is women wearing a bra, yet fully exposing their frontal parts while chatting to other women..WTF....?
Since when revealing a hairy crotch became more acceptable than showing your boobs?
I have seen some very disgusting stuff at women's change room, some of them have no shame....yuk
news flash: it's a change room, people will be naked. The old people, they clued in to 'who really gives a fuck who see's my saggy balls when I'm in a room where almost everyone is naked for some period of time'.
I generally minimize my naked-time, wear a towel, quickly change into underwear. But, I don't care if some guy wants to stand naked at the sink while he saves before going into work.
stop spending so much time worrying about what other people are doing.

I mean common, have some consideration of others |
nothing is wrong with me.
Yeah old people just don't care. You have spent your entire life caring, and now caring won't get you anything, especially in a change room filled with the same sex. It is damn dirty, I know, but leave them to it.
And, it is not just a goodlife thing, the YMCA is just as bad.

When I get old and have nothing to care about with regards to how I look because my balls now resemble raisins, I will prance around showing it off cause I know it grosses people out. Maybe he is trying to say "look sunny, those balls you have now, enjoy em cause they are gonna look like this soon". |

but it is a changing room. Unless you are super man, you have to be naked at some point in the transaction. How long that naked time is, is up to the individual.

seriously...who cares.
we're all human beings. we all have "junk".
sure, I'm gay...so the 'gross out' factor is obviously not there vs. what a straight gay might feel, lol...but I still don't shrink into a hole and freak out if I see a naked chick and wtf is the difference?
I think people have been raised in FAR too sheltered and repressed a manner.

wow, some uptight people in this thread. I used to be the 'shower with my gym shorts' on kinda-guy, but that entirely came down to body-image/comfort issues which I got over.
Is it really that scarring to see another naked person in a room of which was meant for people to get naked in?

I totally agree there is a period iwhen u are changing into your underwear, and then into your clothes in which u need to be naked, or have only a towel covering u. But being naked for an extended amount of time is unnecessary in my eyes. I think it is a respect thing...it really does make some people uncomfortable... whereas covering yourself with a towel, or a bathing suit, or walking around in your underwear even makes NOBODY uncomfortable! |
Solution: Separate change rooms for seniors

However, one thing that is gross : Hoking / Blowing your nose in the shower.
Things like public-nakedness - whatever. But snotting all over the shower is NASTY. One day I was getting changed, and this guy was having a long shower (the entire time it took me to shower / change he was still in the shower), and every few seconds you'd hear a hork / spit that'd echo through the entire change room, it was disgusting.
