What is this song?

I hear it all the time and it's a famous song, but not sure the lyrics even.

It goes something like "lately... i've been feeling..."

and the lines usually start with "lately..." or maybe it's "lady..."

Vocals are by a male. Song is a house song, not trance. The main tune is a guitar like riff
