Just curious to see if anyone knew what ever happened to these guys and their great pool parties?

I went to a wetgrooves party back in 07 and it was @ the shelbourne.. I had such an amazing time.....

This is great! I stayed at the Fountainbleau already. And they completely redid the entire property. The pool is amazing.. It has cabanas and the vibe you get there is great. I would definitely have to say that this is the best venue to have a pool party.. I just hope they book great talent with at least one big headliner....

Lets see what happens.

I heard the guy who runs it, his name is Steve, ended up not paying some of his acts in 2007, and was a real asshole to promoters/club owners. Basically he burned enough bridges and lost enough money that no one in South Beach wants to do business with him again.

Old news about the problems

Last year they did wetgrooves@Miami and this year again,so think the problems are not that big anymore..

Yes they also do the groove cruise and they throw a lot of wetgrooves parties all year in a lot of cities in the USA.

Location this year is the best,curious now about the line-up.

I never really thought their parties were all that. The lineups always seemed a bit on the cheesy side, as did their promotions. Met Steve a couple of times too and well...
