Traktor Update Ruined It?
I've just turned traktor on for the first time since my update 1.1.1.001, and its completly goosed.
The strartup wizard now has about 5 different versions none of which seem to be Scratch pro, all my label tags dont appear and the timecode is constantly going out of sync.
Anyone got any idea if something is wrong with the most recent update?
The the menu at the top right that used to say perfomance 4d/2d etc has now changed to Scope external/internal.
Its as if its gone back to an older version??
Anyone?
I've never lost all my settings, but when I upgraded to 1.02 it lost the list of layouts on the drop downmenu, and replaced with one option "Bigger crossfader", which was odd as I never used any display with the crossfader. when I went into the options I could select all the layouts and add them to the drop-down menu.
I've also had one deck change it's time code input randomly, was driving me nuts as I never go in to mess with those settings so never thought to look there when it went wierd.
the new update seems to remove the start up wizard and replace it with something completly unsuable with scratch pro.
Ive uninstalled and reinstaled without the update
It's been working fine for me.
So far anyway, i've read about so many problems though. But so far I've got nothing to complain about.
I have a crackling sound no matter how I have my settings. It happens when I scroll through my library, or use a lot of functions at once. My latency has been changed so many times, I feel that a sound quality adjustment in the program is needed.
^^That could result from insufficient hardware
