question re: politics of edm music scene
so there is this song that is all over the radio and they are playing the shit out of it.
it's Kid Cudi "Day n Nite" but it's the crookers remix which is COMPLETELY different than the original (my favorite
) and they just always announce the song as "kid cudi-day n nite" without even mentioning the crookers. how is that?
radio people are fucking morons thats why
that's pretty crooked if you ask me
Uh, it's not the radio peoples 'fault' they're reading off a piece of paper or a monitor so it's who ever the programmer is who should be 'blamed'. Plus they usually get told what to say and how to say it so if you have a problem with the way shit gets announced don't blame the voice inside your speakers.

It's because that song is utter crap, and after finishing the title they just throw up a little in their mouth so they can't mention the remix as well.
I have no idea what goes on in this other "edm music scene"

Guru josh project-infinity (klaas remix) quickly became Guru josh project - infinity 2008 , leaving poor mr klaas to walk off with a huge paypacket and not give a fuck about how sold out his remix became.

it's just lazyness. here it's announced as kid cudi vs. crookers since m.o.s. has the crookers remix on top billing.
but ye, lazyness. eventually longer titles become shorter in common circles.
Let me pass that on that I should be slapped more.
to who?
What do you mean to who?
the original is decent, crookers remix is bloghouse and fun for a little while, i love the breaks in the hook but the rest steps on my last nerves, it's so fucking overplayed before it even got released. the blogmafia and it's djs&followers were championing this track hard.

yes. now that's over. lil wayne, stop with the singing. the autotune, the singing and the everything and death to the blatant misuse of autotune.
it was cool when roachford first did it. it was ok when xenomania used the effect on cher, it was immense when bangalter used it. but all other uses have been utter kak.

THE VIDEO KICKS ASSS!! I mean how else are you going to enjoy working the night shift at a shit stand store?
This song kicks ASSSS!!!!! That bassline is wikked around 1:16.
i don't really get the big deal of 'lollipop' or 'a milli'. they are goddamn annoying and represent almost everything i hate with modern hiphop.
