Also, it's not trance.
Finally!
Perfect timing because I'm listening to it right now. Will comment soon
"I come to put you down!"
Yeah... btw... the original file just has the last track playing out (I really pushed this to the wire as far as the deadline), and that wound up really pissing me off, so I edited it to have an ending instead of just the "oon-tiss" nonsense.
It's the only difference, but was necessary IMO.
Anyway, rave on.
Ah well...I have the old version so I'll listen to this one and get your new and improved version when I get home.
I listened, I raved, I enjoyed.
Once again, awesome set Rob. I gotta tell you, at first I thought the "vocals on every track" thing was going to sound annoying but dear God did you nail it! Awesome track selection, impeccable mixing, and spot on flow.
It's great to see you always trying new things and pushing yourself forward creatively and technically all the while making your sets sound undoubtedly like a Rob Turner set. ![]()
I'm starting to incorporate a lot of tracks with vocals myself, so definitely interested in hearing this.
Downloading nao.

Will get back to you on this one Rob
innit
I enjoyed this, even though I've been whoring most of the tracks for quite a while myself
It's amazing!!!! Thank you for new positive energy
its about 5th listen since morning

Cheers guys, glad you're enjoying it.
oh oh, I did listen to this.
Really fun set Rob, it's really great how versatile you are, every set you put out is somehow different, yet they always have that "RJT" vibe to em. I think that's a sign of a very talented DJ.
I really loved you opening up with your edit of the Gorillaz track into Osborne - Wait A Minute. That Osborne track is forever drilled into my head because of [adult swim], but I love it. From there this set was a great journey through a variety of grooves and sounds, really superb work and top-notch mixing and transitions as usual.
Thanks for sharing.
Lame.
Downloading...
I guess.
in.
Really nice funky, groovy stuff Rob. Gave it a listen just before and was enjoying it throughout. I'm not one for vocals but your selection of tracks that have them was very good for me. It's funny actually, two of the tracks really reminded me of two other tracks I heard on a Claude Von Stroke Essential Mix last year (The sandwiches one, and the other, whcih I forget, but was the first track on Guy Gerber's RA podcast). Anyway, I did notice a few times where the beats were not aligned completely but it sounded like you were getting int othe mix and obviously that was corrected each time within a few seconds.
So overall really solid stuff! And I love that "It's House Thing" tracks, remember hearing it on Josh Wink's RA podcast (or was it EM?) and thought it was really cool.
Damn this is funky! I listened to this down at school yesterday and got some strange looks when I walked into class doing the shoulder shake.
Really enjoyed the first half of this; fun grooves and peppy melodies. The second half got a bit to "diva-ish" I guess with all the weird vocals, and people talking about house music, haha. Just not my taste I suppose. The mixing was also a little more sketchy than what you normally demonstrate, but it was never distracting. Like I said, the first half is great, probably something I will throw on a my next house party. Thanks for sharing Rob!
