Who is this prick John O'Callaghan

Suddenly my mailbox gets raped by ads from some guy called John O'Callaghan who seem to take himself way too seriously judging by the images.
I can't recall that I have ever subscribed to any of his mailing lists.
Does anyone else here get this garbage in their mail boxes?
