Anyone going to see Depeche Mode @ MSG 8/3? (+presale code)

Just bought some tix this morning, really psyched to see and hear DM again (sans David's crotch-grabbing, booty-shaking antics). If you're up for it some presale tix are still available (as of 3/9 4PM) on ticketmaster for MSG show.

presale code is "WRONG"

Presales start Friday for people who don't have the code.

oh ok, thanks.

but even NOW it seems like u cant get decent seats, i wonder if they are holding back for Fridays presale. i saw box 423 at MSG for the 49.50$ price / box 94 for $129.50 price and that was the BEST SEATS AVAILABLE with the code this morning (and they aren't good seats either).

not sure how this all works

i don't wanna go in NYC in August.
i'll be looking for tix in AC.
it seems to me like a better weekend option.

This might not be a bad idea to ask dibs on the company sky box. HRM - love working at MSG!

did hipsters or tweens suddenly discover dm 'cause i've been going to their shows for over 12 years and can't remember a clamor for tickets like this...

barring a jones beach or pnc date popping up, i'm gonna try for the borgata.

Really? I always thought Enjoy The Silence did the trick as far as selling out arena gigs globally goes...

Anyways, I'm not a big enough fan of DM to shell out around 70 bucks for a ticket. I don't think I'm a big enough fan of anyone to shell out 70 bucks for a single gig, now that I think about it.

by the time Ultra and Exciter came out, dm wasn't charting in the u.s. mainstream like they had with Violator and Songs; their tours here were well-attended but not sold out months in advance. and tix weren't even close to 70 beans...

i just read that no doubt decided to bypass ticketmaster due the ridic surchages and sell directly to the fans; hopefully other bands will follow suit.

Sec 423 Row C

so u think this is pretty steep for tix price for a multiplatinum live act that always puts on an amazing show? Got 4 words for you: Pvd at roseland, Tiesto.

And wait until you see borgata prices.

I've only seen them live once, at Jones Beach in 2001. They'll always hold a special place in my heart, being one of the first music groups I ever obsessed over. Would be sweet to see them again.

im going August 3rd - section 309 row F

i saw them during their World Violation tour @ Giants Stadium, then at the EXCITER show @ MSG. soo KICKASS and i cant wait for this one.
