Republican kids or Meghan McCain on Ann Coulter

http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-...th-ann-coulter/

This is funny, scary, and insulting..

have a go at some of the 18pg or 400+ comments
or just read the article..

I am not suggesting that extreme conservatism wasnt once popular, nor am I suggesting I should in any way be any kind of voice for the party. I have been a Republican for less than a year. Still, even after losing the election, I find myself more drawn to GOP ideals and wanting to fight for the partys resurgence. And if figureheads like Ann Coulter are turning me off, then they are definitely turning off other members of my generation as well. She does appeal to the most extreme members of the Republican Partybut they are dying off, becoming less and less relevant to the party structure as a whole. I think most people my age are like me in that we all dont believe in every single ideal of each party specifically. The GOP should be happy to have any young supporters whatsoever, even if they do digress some from traditional Republican thinking

McCain says, "I find her offensive, radical, insulting, and confusing all at the same time." Has Columbia stopped teaching the use of logic to find truth? Coulter uses logic and sarcasm to analyze what liberals say. Much of liberal public discourse is nonsense. It creates feel-good pandering with no common sense, often counter-productive policies and programs. Perceiving logic as "extreme conservatism" shows how irrational public discourse is. Coulter is "the most extreme [member] of the Republican Party" because she is logical, and she does not fear offending media liberals who attack critics of liberal politicians. "tomgtv" fails to recognize that McCain is from a long line of military leaders who know how important the military is. Read Coulter's new book "Guilty." It is all about logic and evidence. She is great!

So lets not bash him anymore...he has been through alot...give him a break.......he will finally self explode...then we the republicans can get back to work and save this country....

Meghan, you have about as much intelligence as a potato chip. You "don't understand (Ann Coulter) or her popularity" because you're clueless-just like your father. You're about as true a conservative--or representative of the Republican Party--as he is.

I voted for your father and Governor Sarah Palin, I voted despite your father's position on many issues like Amnesty for Illegal Aliens. Did you know that the Stimulus Bill that was passed is going to be using American Taxpayers dollars going to illegals working in the construction business? Your Father's campaign slogan was "Country First" he meant the U.S.A. right? I am an Independent who voted Democrat for years, it wasn't until Governor Sarah Palin joined the ticket did I make up my mind to vote Republican. I agreed with your father on his Pro Life Position. It seems the Republican Party is still out of touch with Main Street America. Mexico is on the list of countries that could collapses, your father is a Senator from a Border State -Phoenix, has had record kidnappings (Drug Gang Related) what is the State of Arizona doing about their Border? If the Country Club Republican can't figure out there are more Conservatives to the Republican base then Democrat wannabes, it will be a long time before they win another major election. Infighting only benefits their opponents. Myself, I would love to see a strong Independent Party emerge that really reflects Middle Class American Citizens.

Meghan, you're probably a nice person but like your father, not too bright and certainly no asset to the Republican Party and where it needs to go. Many of us voted for your dad in order to register a vote against Obama. The ONLY thing that makes an Obama presidency palatable is that he lost to the bland, wooden, "reach across the aisle" John McCain. And by the way, Ann Coulter is fifty times the person you...or your father for that matter, can ever hope to be.

the rush limbaughs, bill o'reillys, michael savages, sean hannitys and ann coulters of the world... why do people chip away at their own free-thinking intelligence by trying to process their vacuous thoughts? you know they're going to say things that are repugnant, it's how they get paid. they are role players in the great political theater that is the 24 hour news cycle. cable news pays them to spit venom on the air so that you'll tune in and their advertisers will pay up. they even get bonus points for self-ownage as that affords them a follow-up segment from all their opponents the next day. and it's not just the angry outback nazi trailer yokels that tune into their shows and buy their books who are patronizing them either... whether you like or hate them, the mere mention of their names drives free publicity that they will cash in on at the end of the day.
