Man everything is so hit or miss downtown there. One street is nice brownstones, the next one over is ghetto. I can't remember ensor street, I just know the general location. From what I remember it is fairly decent the farther south you are in that area. It is a short walk to powerplant, 3 minutes in the cab to federal hill/camden yards. Been almost five years since I lived in that area, sorry little rusty.

ok i spoke with my friend.if your planning on moving around there dont.its in the middle of the city of baltimore so its full of crime and from what im told if your looking for drugs the you dont have far to walk if you live around there.so the answer would be go live somewhere else.
